Disney's Parks & Lodging Line of Business

The Parks & Lodging Line of Business supports Cast Members working both within Disney theme parks and hotels, which includes attractions, main entrance, ticketing, custodial, guest relations, parking, front office, housekeeping and recreation operations.

The communications division is a global team, providing communication support for Disney theme park and hotel operations around the world by distributing a variety of messages to Cast Members and Leaders. My contributions include a combination of writing, graphic and research support to provide accurate, concise, consistent and timely information to Cast Members working in these divisions. In addition, I regularly partnered with a variety of subject matter experts and leaders, which provided the opportunity to learn the intricacies of a theme park and hotel operation.
